I started in Publicis Group, where I gained experience by accompanying companies with challenges related to their image and reputation as an employer. I became the Assistant General Manager at Mediasystem and at Publicis Consultants, and then Associate. I managed teams in hierarchic and matrix mode, and I enjoyed helping new talents grow. I joined L’Express, where I developed my own consulting and coaching activity after spending a few months in a startup incubator.

While creating this new structure, I became interested in new forms of leadership, with intergenerational links and connections.

At Version Originale, I accompany executives and managers through coaching, and in their outplacement process. I also manage teams’ dynamics, and put my knowledge of transformations of a more horizontal, digital and entrepreneurial world at the service of management committees engaged in a transformation process.

I also draw on my commitment to Reporters d’Espoirs, an association that promotes journalism of solutions.
