The common thread of my professional and personal journey is “helping others to succeed”, whether it be in Human Ressources at DANONE EAUX France to mobilise the teams during a major business transformation, or by being the administrator of a reintegration association to help troubled youth, or, like today, coaching managers to successfully integrate their position, make a professional transition or to take a position of CEO of a business unit.

My strengths are commitment, intuition, the ability to listen and to ask the questions that make you go forward, combining inspiring viewpoints and adaptability. I use link coaching, which helps to develop contact skills, to use intuition and experimentation to mobilise change.
