I help directors and their teams use their ambitions to make a change. This is necessary to overcome managerial difficulties and to succeed in challenges and professional transitions.

Educated in Engineering, I have evolved for over 25 years in the industry and more specifically in the automobile industry, 10 of those years in managerial positions as a member of Codir, in France and in Germany. There I was able to combine operational efficiency and human relations skills, two essential keys for a manager’s and his team’s success.

With this lasting experience at the heart of the company, doubled with my energy and openness to others, I am passionate about group work and organisations. I also work regularly with corporate teams, to guide them in their growth and transformations. (Codir, hierarchical and functional teams).
